Our latest work in the Midlands involves a strategic partnership with the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) where both parties are involved in the unlocking of stalled brownfield sites with the ambition of delivering 4,000 homes over eight years. To date Lovell and the WMCA have unlocked the delivery of almost 1,000 homes, a great example of how the public and private sector comes together.

Lovell is also one of the leading experts in whole house retrofit. Building on recent successes there are over 300 properties in the pipeline for retrofit works, helping to reduce carbon emissions and to address fuel poverty.

Lovell continues to expand their footprint after opening a new office in Derby which will be dedicated to growing the business in collaboration with local authorities, housing association partners, land agents and owners.
